I can’t be more happy with the turf. It has made a huge difference and our dog loves it too. We are no longer dealing with mud.

Once the contract was signed things went very well and the contractor showed up on time and did a great job.

I also have to thank Mike and his local team for going beyond to help address any post installation issues and concerns that I had. Turns out everything was fine just needed an education on what to look for.

I would say that maybe corporate should learn from their local team about customer service because they are too quick to say NO and need to trust their team. Also, they should not ignore negative reviews. Typical, good sales people end up saving the day. End result, Mike got it done and have zero regrets.
