Found this one day while aimlessly scrolling through Facebook. Our backyard is kind of unique and very difficult to landscape and we have FOUR….one two three FOUR dogs and had no grass in the backyard, only ivy groundcover. My days were mostly spent cleaning my pool deck after our dogs do their business there all day because they don’t like going in the virginia creeper. I clicked the link and got a follow-up call the same day. They promptly scheduled a consultation and Mike Zelke showed up on time as scheduled. He was very informative and creative and had the whereabouts to bring in their engineers via photos and videos he took here, and had product samples to show me. We picked the pet tuff turf and he left me with a scale drawing of what our yard design could look like. Megan scheduled our install, and after a minor redesign (installers pointed out that our slopes wouldn’t hold the turf without eventually wrinkling with the gravity) rock was added to the layout which was re drawn and sent to me for approval before rescheduling installers. The installers arrived on the scene the next week and went right to work. Two and a half days later, our dog situation was instantly world’s better. Cody Kitchens the project manager was on site at the beginning and end of every day, checking progress and once done, we were given care instructions and a century worth (slight exaggeration) of deodorizer granules to keep the yard from smelling like an ASPCA shelter. Great product, great team, great service!!! Highly recommended!!! Attached are before and after photos. We have a brand new place in our home to hang out and enjoy now! So much more enjoyable!!!
