Tron was amazing!! He was extremely attentive, and his customer service provided did not go unnoticed. Not a lot of companies provide exceptional customer service anymore however, Tron and his team did exactly that.
I had another company come out prior to him and they had only brought one option for turf that didn’t seem that great in quality, and was clearly trying to up charge us for our front yard improvement project. So happy I went with tough turtle. This made our front yard look absolutely beautiful •Thanks again Tron!

Was looking to redo my backyard at my new build and I’m so glad I found these guys! Joey was super helpful and made the process so easy. I had no idea what I wanted to do and he was able to work with the space I had and create something I really love! Joey was super patient with me and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The I installation crew was awesome and showed up on time and had my yard done quickly. I love that it’s pet friendly and my dog loves it even more. Would definitely recommend!

I really wanted to redo my backyard for my kiddos to play. I have a smaller backyard, as most are in Vegas, and felt like turf would be the best option. A coworker recommended Tough Turtle, so I called for a free quote/consultation. The sales rep, Matthew Goodman, came a few days later. He did a great job explaining the process and provided me with a quote within my budget. They offer financing, which is fantastic. The entire project came out great and my kids are so happy we have “grass!!!

Tough Turtle Turf responded quickly when I needed a quote for my lawn. The price they quoted me was fair and financing was easy. The installers were very professional and they installed my front and back yard in one day. My neighbors have all commented on my beautiful yard. I was in the process of getting bids on turf and my aunt recommended Tough Turtle Turf . Jason Hayworth – Design Specialist came out and had great suggestions on design layout, info about the turf and company. Before he left I had a design layout and price to install. I was having company in from out of town and needed the turf install before and that was no problem. I even added onto the job and again they met and exceeded my expectations. I am so thrilled with our new turf. It is wonderful to walk out into the backyard and have it look so beautiful. We hired Tough Turtle to renovate our backyard dog area. It was a mixture of sand, dirt, and pavers before they started. The area is now a beautiful green space that no longer allows the dogs to track dirt/mud back into the house. We had a great experience with Tough Turtle Turf from the moment we met with Brian Kelly. He was super communicative through the entire process and laid out exactly what to expect. The crew that came out was amazing and worked from sun up to sun down to get this done in one day! Our backyard was all dirt, concrete and pool. We recently rescued a Great Dane and she begged us for a better playing area so we couldn’t resist her puppy eyes. We are so happy we went with them and would recommend them to anyone that wants to transform their yard.

the turf is still going strong as well as the pavers and we are super happy with the quality. Our Emmy loves it! It is important to follow instructions when summer hits. Keep it washed off and use your hose to cool it off prior to the dogs going on it. It gets hot! It’s Arizona and anything outside exposed to this sun will hurt if you are not careful. We have never had a problem with weeds coming out of the side since June. The rain has brought up a couple recently and all we had to do was spray and they are gone. I 100% continue to recommend this company!

Brian Kelly hit it out of the park with my yard! I explained the half vision i had and he ran with it, producing something far beyond my expectations. He explained why each piece was measured and placed where and was great at communication. He even followed up a few months later to make sure my dog hadnt tore it up like i was afraid! I have now received 4 different estimates for turf at my home. By far Pete was so professional and personable. By him coming from a landscape background, he was able not only able to relate to my vision he also gave me ideas that I hadn’t even thought of. Their warranty is amazing and he explained the process step by step and gave me options to make the process more affordable. Tough Turtle Turf is one of the most amazing companies to deal with. Their customer service is outstanding. I had an onsite free estimate by one of their employees by the name of Peter who happened to be one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He really helped me to come up with the best possible financing plans available. No pressure and was very detailed on costs. No gimmicks very straightforward. I would recommend this company to anyone. Definitely heads above the rest..I am giving them an A++rating their product is the best quality and their customer service is impeccable.

My turf review getting 3 quotes from others. Tough Turtle had competitive pricing and their install date was right on time. I used some cash down and financed the rest through one of their finance companies with a decent rate. Jason is the guy to talk to and knows what he’s talking about. He had some good points about regular sod and about turf, not bashing one or the other. All in all, turf is the way to go with rate on return if you think like the big picture long term idea. I hope this helps others checking out tough turtle or considering turf.

I can’t be more happy with the turf. It has made a huge difference and our dog loves it too. We are no longer dealing with mud.
Once the contract was signed things went very well and the contractor showed up on time and did a great job.
I also have to thank Mike and his local team for going beyond to help address any post installation issues and concerns that I had. Turns out everything was fine just needed an education on what to look for.
I would say that maybe corporate should learn from their local team about customer service because they are too quick to say NO and need to trust their team. Also, they should not ignore negative reviews. Typical, good sales people end up saving the day. End result, Mike got it done and have zero regrets.

Had a great experience with Tough Turtle Turf install of artificial turf in my backyard. I was concerned about it because I have two pups and I had heard the turf can heat up but my sales person carefully explained their turf has cooling technology blades that don’t heat up so I was pleased with this. My project went well and Mile Zelke went the extra mile walking me through the prep.

Found this one day while aimlessly scrolling through Facebook. Our backyard is kind of unique and very difficult to landscape and we have FOUR….one two three FOUR dogs and had no grass in the backyard, only ivy groundcover. My days were mostly spent cleaning my pool deck after our dogs do their business there all day because they don’t like going in the virginia creeper. I clicked the link and got a follow-up call the same day. They promptly scheduled a consultation and Mike Zelke showed up on time as scheduled. He was very informative and creative and had the whereabouts to bring in their engineers via photos and videos he took here, and had product samples to show me. We picked the pet tuff turf and he left me with a scale drawing of what our yard design could look like. Megan scheduled our install, and after a minor redesign (installers pointed out that our slopes wouldn’t hold the turf without eventually wrinkling with the gravity) rock was added to the layout which was re drawn and sent to me for approval before rescheduling installers. The installers arrived on the scene the next week and went right to work. Two and a half days later, our dog situation was instantly world’s better. Cody Kitchens the project manager was on site at the beginning and end of every day, checking progress and once done, we were given care instructions and a century worth (slight exaggeration) of deodorizer granules to keep the yard from smelling like an ASPCA shelter. Great product, great team, great service!!! Highly recommended!!! Attached are before and after photos. We have a brand new place in our home to hang out and enjoy now! So much more enjoyable!!!
